00:00What you're looking at is not legal commentary. It's the law of the land.
00:08Title 10 refers to the armed forces.
00:12This section 12406 of the U.S. Code from the House of Representatives says that the president is authorized to call up the National Guard to protect the United States whenever there is a rebellion
00:25or when regular forces like the police are unable to enforce the law.
00:30Right now, that's exactly what's happening at these federal facilities with violent Antifa-led attacks on government property and officers simply doing their job.
00:41With politicians that we all know at the forefront yelling out to attack them.
00:47These federal officers are carrying out the laws passed by Congress.
00:52The laws the people, through their elected representatives, want it in force.
00:58When anyone storms federal property, attacks agents, or tries to halt lawful government operations, they're not peacefully protesting.
01:08They're not expressing their free speech.
01:10They're committing federal crimes full stop.
01:12I do a lot of protest.
01:14I commend people for doing it.
01:16Everybody should be able to do that.
01:18These are not peaceful.
01:21That's why the law gives the president the power to mobilize the Guard and stop this rebellion.
01:27It's not about politics.
01:29It's about protecting the rule of law, defending public servants, and making sure federal government can do its job.
01:36It's the duty of our National Guard to restore order and guarantee that everyone, no matter their views, must follow the law.
01:42Attacking law enforcement at these facilities is an attack on all of us.
01:49If you disagree with the law, change it democratic.
01:52Don't destroy property, threaten officers, or attack them that are serving citizens.
01:58Remember, the authority for these actions are written into federal law.
02:01And upholding the law is what keeps us free and keeps our liberty.
02:05SIT IS A SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP.
02:08SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP.
