00:42Trump added that his administration will resort to the rarely used Insurrection Act as a last-ditch effort
00:48if courts and lawmakers continue to block and delay his plans.
00:52The Insurrection Act is a law passed in 1807,
00:55which allows the incumbent president to mobilize U.S. military
00:59to carry out civilian law enforcement duties under certain conditions.
