00:00Basically we're trying to stop things going into landfill and we're trying to help people repair their own things and be encouraged to repair their own things so that the current generations that are growing up will have more skills.
00:16We have about nine repairers at the moment, ranging from electrical to general to wood to sewing, IT advice and sharpening.
00:28Hi Grant, I'm at the Repair Café Beryton which meets once a month on the first Saturday. We aim to fix things that would otherwise go to the tip or for recycling, put them back into use and be good for the environment.
00:45From the first Saturday of every month from 10.30 till 12.30. So come along, bring any repairs that you've got and you'll be very welcome and lovely homemade cakes.
