00:00A Sabah rights activist has questioned what party solidarity Tanah Ayurku has achieved for the state government,

00:07having been a key member of the administration since 2020.

00:11Social activist Remy Majang Kim pointed out that star president Jeffrey Kitingan has served as deputy chief minister

00:18while leading the agriculture and fisheries portfolio, yet farmers have not seen drastic improvements as animal feed prices continue to rise.

00:27He also asked what became of Kitingan's efforts on the Malaysia Agreement in 1963, including his trip to the UK National Archives in London.

00:36Majang Kim further questioned whether star has a leadership succession plan, as Kitingan, now 77, has led the party since its formation in 2016.

00:46He said many argue that Sabah is plagued by aging politicians who refuse to step down and give way to a new lineup of leaders.

00:53Star and the Sabah Progressive Party left Gabungan Rakyat Sabah yesterday.

00:59A former Perikatan National Component, star had insisted that GRS go solo in the upcoming state election based on local sentiments,
