00:43now you may be wondering what is the 16-3 principle it is coined from proverbs 16 verse 3 which says
00:58commit to the lord whatever you do and it will establish your plans another version king james
01:04version says commit thy works unto the lord and thy thoughts shall be established yes this simple
01:11but powerful verse is more than just a scripture it's actually a life principle in our world today
01:18we are surrounded by opportunities technology is advancing faster than ever before and with it
01:24comes endless potentials whether it's learning a digital skill starting the business or expanding
01:30in your profession but the 16-3 principle reminds us that no matter how gifted skilled or innovative
01:37we are true success and stability come only when we commit it all to god maybe you've discovered
01:44your talent your skill or your area of strength wonderful the next step is to channel it in alignment
01:51with god's will asking for wisdom lord how do i use this gift or if you are still unsure which path
01:57to follow pray for direction lord which skill should i invest in he delights in guiding us day by day
02:05this is important because in today's digital economy we can easily chase trends for money and
02:10recognition money is easily end digitally nowadays but the 16-3 principle keeps us grounded it says
02:17earn grow develop but do it under god's covering learn that skill today either is a tech skill or an
02:25hands-on skill write that book design code sing or manage let your profession and your passion align with
02:33god's vision for you and yes the beauty jesus himself said only the father is good that can be found in
02:40luke chapter 18 verse 19 that means when we channel our skills resources and creativity toward goodwill
02:47we're automatically aligning with god's will every good work is god's work because only god is good
02:54so only god can initiate goodwill so today embrace the 16-3 principle don't just work hard commit your hard
03:03work to god don't just dream big commit those dreams to god because when we do it doesn't just
03:09bless our works he establishes our plans that is the divine strategy for thriving in life without losing
03:15your faith the 16-3 principle proverbs chapter 16 verse 3 commit your works unto god and your thoughts
03:24or your plans shall be established let us pray lord we commit all that we do our skills our dreams
03:32and works into your hands establish our plans and align them with your will that our lives may bring
