00:18With the slogan, Venezuela and Palestina struggle is the same, citizens express their support

00:22for gas in the face of the extermination of the Palestinian people.

00:25We are all witnesses through the social networks, through the media, of a crime being committed

00:33by the terrorist regime of Israel, against the people of Palestine, with the intention

00:46of exterminating the original people of Palestine with 11,000 years of history.

00:50From October 7, 2023 to the present, the Israeli army has killed more than 67,000 Palestinians,

01:01most of them elderly women and children, causing worldwide outrage.

01:07But we have to do more.

01:12In Venezuela, we have to make the most creative acts, the most beautiful events.

01:16We have to have the most massive demonstrations because we know the pain of the Palestinian

01:21people, and we know that the defense of the Palestinian people is the defense of Venezuela.

01:27It is the defense of the oppressed peoples of the world.

01:30It is the defense of Africa.

01:36Palestinian refugees asserted that they have the right to be free in their land.

01:40We are a people who long for freedom and are willing to die for it.

01:48We want to live our freedom with willpower and right in our land, and freed from occupation

01:53and colonialism, both ancient and modern.

01:56From the headquarters of Telesur in Caracas, the communicators raised their voice in protest

02:08against the more than 300 journalists murdered in Gaza.

02:11This crime does not only affect Palestine, the whole of humanity is being attacked in its

02:19right to receive and provide information.

02:21The journalists of the world are being humiliated, mocked, dismissed by a criminal policy of a

02:26regime that has shown ample evidence of being the enemy of peace.

02:29We want to tell you, wherever you are, to those journalists who have died doing their

02:40duty, who have fought for the right to information, that we, the journalists of Telesur, the journalists

02:44of the global south, the journalists gathered here, and the media that are distributing this

02:50information, we are your time, you are in us, your voice is in us, and we commit ourselves

02:54every day to tell what is happening, we commit ourselves not to faint.

02:59We commit ourselves to be strong in the face of the terrible images we see every morning,
