00:00A team of Malaysian lawyers has arrived in Amman, Jordan to negotiate the release of local volunteers detained by Israeli forces while participating in the Global Sumut Flotilla to Gaza.

00:12Fahmy Abdou Moin said he and four other lawyers from the Center for Human Rights Research and Advocacy landed in Jordan at 1pm local time yesterday, Haren Mecho reported.

00:24Meanwhile, 30 other GSF ships were still sailing towards Gaza early this morning despite repeated Israeli naval interception attempts.

00:32A GSF update on Telegram at 8.45am Malaysian time said the flotilla was only 46 nautical miles from the Gaza coast and still moving forward despite aggressive Israeli naval actions.

00:45It said the actions of the Israeli military would not weaken its resolve to break the blockade and open a humanitarian corridor.
