Former Indonesian ambassador Dino Patti Djalal says ASEAN must look beyond summit diplomacy, stressing that true unity requires stronger people-to-people ties, shared goodwill and trust among citizens across Southeast Asia.

00:32for example, Indonesia and Malaysia becomes difficult because either Malaysian people are mad at us
