00:12The victim, a 23-year-old local man, was walking along Aitken Street just after 7pm on the
00:1918th of June when he was approached by an unknown male riding a bicycle.
00:24Police said the offender struck the victim to the back of the head before producing a
00:29knife and stabbing him twice.
00:32The man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and required surgery.
00:39The offender fled east through a residential car park on a light-coloured bicycle and was
00:44last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black pants and runners.
