00:08A 26-year-old woman allegedly spraying a 21-year-old woman following a fight at 4am on Sunday.
00:17The spray bought legally as part of the NT government's 12-month trial for personal protection.
00:23And I'd really like to know is why did they come up with this OC spray thing?

00:51Several people nearby suffering minor effects from secondary contamination.
