00:00So the purpose of today is that we have the Choose Your Track event and students come to
00:09this event to get more information about all the six tracks, all the six application domains to
00:15make the final track selection. Tracks within the ARNAS program are actually specialties like
00:21healthcare, mobility or high-tech systems which actually indicate a lot about the courses and
00:26projects you end up doing. So from a student perspective it is important to be here today.
00:31They need to select all their courses, amongst others also specialization courses. They have to
00:37do a team internship and a graduation project both related to their track. In this team internship
00:44the students will be collaborating together so teams of three or four. Typically we do this kind
00:49of project together with industry or the students can also choose a project which is related to more
00:54the academic side. And by doing so they prepare themselves also for the real-life work field in
00:59their career because in their career they also should be able to collaborate in teams together
01:05trying to solve the challenges that we have in the current world. They really need to know more about
01:10what the track entails. What is the track about? What are the learning goals of this track and the
01:15specific application domain? What kind of projects can I do if I'm going to choose this specific track?
01:22And in addition they have the opportunity today to talk to all the track coordinators but also to
01:29students who are already doing this track. It really helped me to like choose other graduation projects
01:36and look at other tracks not just focus on one and it was really helpful because people who were
01:41presenting was really explaining and like even the graduation projects internships and what after graduation
01:48what we can focus on as well.
