00:00:12One announcement is this Wednesday, on the first Wednesday of the month, we have Bible study, so it will be in person.

00:45:02that faith

00:45:02it's more

00:45:05than belief

00:45:06that there

00:45:08is a time

00:45:08that a Christian

00:45:09should walk

00:45:11by faith

00:45:12if there was

00:45:14a time

00:45:14it is right now.

00:45:16if you were

00:45:18not strong

00:45:20in the faith

00:45:21you might be

00:45:24confused

00:45:24about what

00:45:25to believe.

00:45:27And I just

00:45:28just for a moment

00:45:28there was

00:45:32last week

00:45:34or a few weeks

00:45:34ago

00:45:34a young man

00:45:36named Charlie

00:45:36Kirk died

00:45:37and many

00:45:39in the nation

00:45:39mourned his death.

00:45:41The president

00:45:41of the United

00:45:42States

00:45:42asked that all

00:45:43blacks

00:45:44be flown

00:45:45half staff

00:45:46and called

00:45:48this man

00:45:48a Christian

00:45:49but he preached

00:45:49hate

00:45:50against people

00:45:51of color.

00:45:52And it

00:45:53dawned on me

00:45:54there's a lot

00:45:55of folks

00:45:56that say

00:45:56they are

00:45:57Christians

00:45:58they say

00:46:00they believe

00:46:00in Christ

00:46:01but when you

00:46:02look at their

00:46:03lives

00:46:03it doesn't

00:46:04match up

00:46:04with God's

00:46:05word.

00:46:06James said

00:46:07in verse

00:46:10that demons

00:46:11believe God

00:46:13but it's clear

00:46:14that they

00:46:14didn't obey

00:46:15him.

00:46:16So belief

00:46:17is not

00:46:18faith.

00:46:19There's a

00:46:20whole lot

00:46:20of folks

00:46:21who believe

00:46:22in God

00:46:22but they

00:46:23cannot

00:46:24or will

00:46:24not

00:46:25obey

00:46:26God.

00:46:27So faith

00:46:27is obeying

00:46:29the voice

00:46:30of God

00:46:31and the

00:46:31people

00:46:32in the

00:46:32Bible

00:46:33who were

00:46:33highlighted

00:46:35and mostly

00:46:36that in

00:46:37it's because

00:46:38they obeyed

00:46:39the voice

00:46:40of God

00:46:41even though

00:46:42they might

00:46:43have been

00:46:43difficult

00:46:44with what

00:46:45God

00:46:45was asking

00:46:46them to do.

00:47:51none of

00:47:52them

00:47:52were asked

00:47:53to be

00:47:53used.

00:47:54Not saying

00:47:55and I don't

00:47:56know about

00:47:56you but

00:47:57I'll get

00:47:58off my

00:48:00notes for

00:48:00I know

00:48:01and said

00:48:03it many

00:48:03times

00:48:03I didn't

00:48:05really want

00:48:05to be a

00:48:06preacher
