00:00Hello there. It's been a quite cloudy afternoon to start the weekend and there has been some
00:05pretty heavy rain in a few spots across the UK this afternoon. Now we do have a yellow
00:10warning across western parts of Scotland through this evening and that is going to last until
00:15around midnight tonight and that's associated with this band of rain that we've got drapes
00:19across the UK through this evening. It will slowly start to move this way eastwards. It
00:24could remain a little bit persistent across northern Scotland through the early hours
00:28of Sunday morning. Behind that band we will start to see some clearer skies where we could
00:33see some mist and fog patches developing by Sunday morning. It will be a little bit cooler
00:39here as well. Temperatures dropping away towards those mid to low single figures. We could even
00:43see a grass frost across northern Wales by Sunday morning. But under that cloud and rain out
00:48towards the east it will be a little bit milder. Some places send around those double figures
00:53by first thing. Now as we go through Sunday morning this band of rain across the southeast
00:59will continually slowly move its way towards the North Sea. It may drag its heels a little
01:04bit through the morning and into the afternoon. But elsewhere some nice clear skies, some plenty
01:09of sunshine around. There may just be a few showers across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern
01:15England by the afternoon. But where we do get that prolonged sunshine, especially across the south, temperatures
01:20here could get up towards 19, maybe even 20 degrees. A little bit cooler further north around the
01:26mid-teens by the afternoon. Now as we head through that evening the cloud and rain that we do see
01:32towards the southeast will eventually start to melt away and the rest of the UK will see
01:36plenty of clear skies overnight tonight. Now that will allow those temperatures to fall
01:40away quite quickly. It will be a colder night than what we saw on Saturday night and plenty
01:46of mist and fog patches, especially across the eastern half of England here. But temperatures
01:51like I say will be cooler. Temperatures around the mid to low single figures. A greater risk
01:56of seeing some grass frost, especially across the northern half of Scotland and Northern England
02:01by the time people are waking up to start their commute on Monday morning. Now as we start
02:06the new working week it will be a bright start. Once the sun does rise a lot of the mist and fog
02:10and frost patches will slowly start to melt away. But that sunny start towards the week
02:16will start to turn a little bit hazy. We do have this higher cloud moving in from the west
02:21and we will start to see the return of rain across western Scotland as well. But where we
02:27do get the best of the sunshine, especially across the southeast, again a pretty pleasant
02:32start to the week. Temperatures around 19 or 20 degrees. Under that cloud and rain towards
02:37Scotland it will start to feel a little bit cooler around those mid teens and maybe even
02:41those low double figures. Now let's split in the weather. That north west south east split
02:47will continue as we head into the next few days into the new week. But for all the detail
