A sniper reportedly shot three ICE detainees in Dallas early Wednesday morning. At least one of those victims has died. The shooting happened just after 6:30 a.m. at the Dallas ICE facility on North Stemmons Freeway. The alleged shooter has been identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, according to multiple sources.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu will address world leaders at the United Nations during the 80th session of the General Assembly, days after President Donald Trump did the same and just a day after the Palestinian president declared in front of the same audience that Hamas will have no hand in governing Gaza post-war.

00:00else not so much? It doesn't seem to me that it's a final deal. There has been an agreement
00:08reached with the EU, but it's not fleshed out yet. So we have these letters and we have kind of broad
00:16agreements, broad terms. We don't have full-on free trade agreements where this is laid out.
00:22I think they may well get the cooperation that they want, especially with Japan. The EU,
00:31I recently met with a group of EU business people. I work with the EU American Chamber of Commerce in
00:41Texas, and the EU does seem quite concerned. So I don't think they're all that confident that they
00:50have the deal done, but I hope. Yeah, there you go. Michelle Schultz, thanks so much for giving us
00:59such great insight here on these matters. And even though that it is not such a done deal just as of
01:07yet, but we appreciate all of the updates along the way as well. Thanks so much, Michelle.
01:12Thank you. Take care. All right. We will take a two-minute break here on Live Now from Fox.
01:17We will be back with much more in just moments.
01:20To join us on this Friday edition. Now I want to go out to Florida, where the Attorney General,
01:32they're talking about some, what he calls, soft on crime policies and how they are not,
01:42what he calls, implemented in Florida. Let's listen to it.
01:45This morning, we're here to talk about soft on crime policies. I think now looking across the
02:00country, seeing many of these recent tragedies, it's apparent soft on crime policies do not work.
02:07In most all of Florida, we have record crime lows that continue to go down. Murder rates decreasing,
02:14violent crime rates decreasing, and it's because we back our law enforcement and we give them
02:19the tools they need to be successful. Unfortunately, here in Orlando, we still have a pattern
02:25of soft on crime policies that are endangering families. Non-prosecution policies that are putting
02:34our families and our kids in grave danger. We've had a couple recent examples here with State Attorney
02:41Monique Worrell, where she has decided not to press charges in some of the most gruesome and horrific
02:48child predator cases. Recently, there was a man on a park bench masturbating while facing a bunch of
02:56kids playing at a public splash pad. There was video evidence of this, witness testimony,
03:03a father there with his two-year-old, just feet from this offender. The gentleman committed this
03:10gross act and then exposed himself in public. And while we had all of this evidence, an open,
03:16shut case, State Attorney Worrell decided charges did not need to be brought.
03:23She gave this guy a free walk in the park, and now other kids are in jeopardy of having a tragic
03:32incident happened to them. In another case that my office was prosecuting, an individual that possessed
03:40and shared tons of gruesome child pornography videos, not just images, but videos of toddlers
03:48getting raped and abused, she dropped all charges. Let this guy go free. He made it almost out of the
03:56country up at the Canadian border. Thankfully, our office got him again, and we are prosecuting
04:02again, and we'll make sure that he spends the rest of his life behind bars. Because when it comes to
04:07these dangerous child predators, there's only one thing to do. Prosecute to the fullest, ensure the
04:13longest sentences were legally appropriate, seek the death penalty. But at the end of the day,
04:19we have to protect our kids. So I'm glad to be joined this morning by Congresswoman Laura Lee.
04:27She is a former prosecutor herself. She's a mom. She's tough on crime. When she was Secretary of State
04:35in the DeSantis administration, working with with Brad here, we kind of got the gang back together.
04:41They launched the Election Crimes and Integrity Unit that's prosecuted dozens of people across the state
04:47that have engaged in voter fraud. We now have the most secure elections in the country. We're the
04:52blueprint that every other state wants to follow. And it's because we enforce the law. It's not rocket
04:58science. Enforcing the law is is not a partisan agenda. It's not Democrat. It's not Republican.
05:05It's black and white. Enforce the law. Put dangerous people away off the streets.
05:12Crime lows go down. And our kids are safe. So I'll let her come up first and share a few things.
05:18Thank you for being here, Congresswoman.
05:26Meet the brand new Wondershare Unique Converter 14, the all-in-one video tool.
05:30Today with you, with statewide prosecutor McVeigh, Chief Williams, and all of the other men and women
05:36who are here who are committed to keeping Florida safe. Let me start with something that we can all
05:44agree on. Domestic violence cases and gun cases are not minor. They are the red flashing lights that
05:53tell us when violence is going to escalate. When a state attorney prevents these types of cases
06:00from being reviewed or lets a repeat offender out while awaiting trial, that is a public safety
06:09problem. Every charging decision is a public safety decision. It determines whether families are
06:16protected or whether danger is being put back out on the streets. And here's what we know. A small group
06:24of repeat offenders drive most of the violent crime in our communities. If prosecutors let
06:30those cases slide, if we look the other way, those same offenders will be in the headlines again and
06:37again. And we don't have to imagine the consequences. We can see them. On Monday, I will be in Charlotte,
06:44North Carolina, where a young Ukrainian refugee, Irina Zarutska, was murdered on a bus by a repeat
06:52violent offender who'd been allowed to go free. This tragedy wasn't the result of one mistake.
06:58It was the result of a chain of decisions, delays, and excuses that kept a dangerous man out on the
07:06street. That's what happens when a system treats violent recidivists as if they are harmless. And we
07:11cannot allow that to happen here in Florida. As a former prosecutor and a former judge, I know that
07:19our justice system works best when it is based on evidence and data, not emotion. When we can separate
07:26the violent recidivist from the person who can actually be rehabilitated. When we allow law enforcement
07:33officers to do their jobs, and when we can count on prosecutors who will do theirs. Prosecutors who respect
07:41the oath of office they take to enforce the law. Not to make it, not to ignore it, but to enforce it.
07:48Because decisions to ignore criminal conduct erode public trust. No cash bail policies don't ask the
07:54only question that matters. Is this person dangerous? So in Congress, we are working hand in hand
08:01with our colleagues here at the state to ensure that our partnership is strong. To support the call to
08:09protect our communities across America. To bolster safety and security at our prisons, so correctional
08:16officers are kept safe. And to require prosecutors offices to share the numbers. How many cases are
08:22prosecuted? How many cases are declined? How many gun cases are pled down? So that the public knows
08:28what's happening in their communities. So I'm proud to join my colleagues here today, and so many of the
08:35men and women of law enforcement to keep that commitment to the American people. At the end of the day,
08:41this isn't complicated. Keep violent offenders off the street. Be honest about the results,
08:47and use common sense. That's how we protect families. That's how we give real second chances to
08:53those who can succeed. And that's how we restore trust in our justice system.
08:57So let me be clear. We're not going to stand by and allow the state attorney to fail to do her job.
09:10This is systematic abuse. It is gross negligence. She took an oath. She's not delivering on that
09:16oath. And we're going to step up and do what we can to hold her accountable and to protect our citizens.
09:22So we're calling on her, this creep at the splash pad. We better have charges brought again.
09:27If not, we'll be working with the governor's office to reassign this case to another circuit,
09:32where we will ensure that justice is served. This just cannot happen. There's a job to do.
09:40You take an oath to the people. You've got to do that job. Next, we'll hear from statewide prosecutor
09:45Brad McVeigh. Thank you, General. Thank you for being here. I want to talk about the facts as they
09:56are in the first case the general mentioned. A father, his two-year-old son, went to a local park,
10:03a splash pad, for a day of fun. What they encountered was a man less than 50 feet away
10:10on a park bench masturbating. The incident took about four to five minutes. The father
10:20did everything that you would ask a father to do. He didn't escalate the situation. He didn't take
10:27matters into his own hands. When one, he watched the children and made sure they were
10:33and the law enforcement did everything you would want them to do. They responded.
10:41The witnesses, they found the suspect, they apprehended the suspect, and they arrested the
10:46suspect. The father was shocked when he got a call less than 30 years ago. The case had been dismissed.
10:54It was a lack of prosecutable merit. He wondered, to me, frustrated and shocked, how
11:08a man could masturbate for five years and not be a crime. He explained his story.
11:14He listened. We took his account. We read the reports. And the father believes this is a case
11:30that should be prosecuted. And at the Office of Statewide Prosecution, we do too. This is a case
11:38worthy of prosecution. It's worth the fight for the children, for law enforcement, for the dad,
11:50for the community, and for the state of Florida. And I let the father know, we at the Office of
11:58Statewide Prosecutor, the Attorney General, we will do everything in our power to fight for children,
12:05for parents, for law enforcement, and for the community. We are calling on Ms. Worrell to reconsider her
