00:34STTR programs expire at midnight tonight, separate from everything else that's
00:40going on here in the Senate today. The only bipartisan option to avoid the
00:47program ending is to pass HR 5100, as passed by the House of Representatives
00:53already. It's before us. The Republican chairman in the House have already
00:58passed it.
