00:42The assets involved funds deposited into two bank accounts belonging to Tahara Services,

00:50He further failed to state the source of the digital gold stored on public gold.
00:5580,000 ringgit in cryptocurrency invested through Luno,
00:59and over 39,000 ringgit invested in his ASB account.
01:04The charges also involve 110,000 ringgit invested in ASB accounts under his children's names,
01:11and 68,000 ringgit paid into an Affin Islamic Bank Berhad housing loan for a property in Johor Bahru.
01:17He was charged under Section 36, Subsection 2 of the MACC Act,
01:23which provides for imprisonment of up to five years,
01:26a fine not exceeding 100,000 ringgit or both, upon conviction.
01:31Judge Rosli Ahmad granted bail of 15,000 ringgit for both charges
