00:00Hello, my name is Kate Rosie and this is Teddy Tinker. I named the shop after Teddy Tinker.
00:10He's my lifelong friend and we've had 12 wonderful years here but I'm closing and
00:18we're opening a new shop at Queens Road number 83 called Teddy Tinker's Tiny Treasures.
00:24We're having two last events before we close. The first is a free event on the Friday the 10th of October.
00:36It's a lovely lady called Helen who makes tactile, she's made in her lifetime beautiful tactile art for partially sighted people.
00:46That's a free event if anybody would like to come and have a look.
00:51And she's going to be exhibiting her artwork for that weekend.
00:57And then our very last event will be on the 30th of October.
01:03A lovely lady called Patricia Hartshorn and she has a one-woman performance where she does Marlena, Marlena Dietrich.
01:16And she's doing a performance called Hats Off to Teddy Tinker's.
01:20And that will be for one hour on the 30th of October from 3 o'clock.
01:26I'd like to thank everybody and I really, really mean that from the bottom of my heart.
01:31It's been an amazing 12 years. We've had some fantastic staff over those years.
01:38It's been lovely. We've had wonderful events and we've also had the most incredible customers.
01:47You all know who you are and I just want to thank you so much for all your support and of course all the dogs.
01:54We've had wonderful dogs in the shop.
01:56And I will be closing Teddy Tinker's around about mid-November.
02:01And I hope to be in the new shop by Christmas.
02:05I hope you'll come and see me there. Thank you.
