00:00Joe, I looked at this game and said, you know what?
00:01I think the Rams are going to do a lot of things that are going to frustrate the Eagles.
00:04So I took a team total on the Rams at 19 and a half.
00:07They had 19 by the break.
00:08And immediately in the second half,
00:10Sack Jalen Hurts forced a fumble and punched in another touchdown to go up 26 to 7.
00:15That's all she wrote.
00:16The crowd was upset.
00:17They were booing.
00:17And everybody's going to go home unhappy yesterday.
00:19Until they weren't.
00:2126 unanswered points by the Philadelphia Eagles to win 33 to 26,
00:26which included, unbelievably, two blocked field goals in the fourth quarter
00:31and one returned for a touchdown.
00:34Why was that key?
00:35Yeah, the Eagles blocked the field goal.
00:36They won the game.
00:37But the big man picked up the football and rumbled 60-plus yards
00:40to give the Eagles the win and the cover.
00:44I'll ask you this, Joe, before we get to those miraculous plays at the end of the game.
00:47What happened to the Rams?
00:50Well, you know, Donnie, I would make the argument that
00:53this wasn't so much that the Eagles won the game
00:56as it was that the Rams lost this game here.
01:01They had dominated this Eagles team here throughout this game.
01:06Certainly early on, the line of scrimmage was owned by the Rams.
01:10And the problem was they, in the second half, they stopped playing.
01:15And by the way, that, that, besides that whole block kick epidemic,
01:18apparently that ran wild in the NFL yesterday, that was one of two blocked kicks,
01:23by the way, that, that the Rams and that special teams unit there were part of.
01:29So the Rams should have won it, could have won it.
01:32There are some issues in that secondary, but I can tell you,
01:36if they can figure some things out there up front and in that secondary,
01:41the Rams are going to be fine.
01:43But the Eagles, kudos, they got it done.
01:45But the Rams lost that game more than anything else, Donnie.
