00:00We come here, and it's like a feeling of just being.
00:03We can be as glad as we want.
00:06This is one of the top food events I've ever gone to.
00:09For four days, this is the best restaurant in the United States.
00:12It's the only food event where we'll be able to taste the chef's dish
00:15and then sit next to them and eat breakfast the next day.
00:18The conversations were just as good as the food.
00:21But my favorite part is the amount of young chefs here doing their best
00:24next to some of their culinary heroes.
00:26Everybody's warm, so it literally is a perfect name
00:30because when you leave this space, you feel like you're leaving this family.
00:33This year, next year, you come back.
00:35You haven't seen everyone in some unsupervised year.
00:37People have kids. They have businesses and stuff like that.
00:41To come to this and be shoulder-to-shoulder plating up with people like Mashama Bailey,
00:47that's a lot of truth wrapped and accountability right there, man.
00:56See you next time.
