00:03We have the tavern room and the dining room.
00:04So the tavern, the perfect order.
00:06I always love to start with our roasted oysters.
00:08Perfect way to start if you're into seafood.
00:11We like to warm them up just until they're nice and warm,
00:14not boiling hot, not ruining the oyster.
00:16We change the preparation seasonally,
00:17but anytime you get them, you can't go wrong.
00:19Then I like to go into one of our salad preparations.
00:21We're big on vegetables here, that's our whole shtick.
00:24Anything from a nice green salad to a tomato salad
00:26to a broccolini salad, we like to switch it up
00:29as the seasons progress.
00:30Then I like to go into one of our mains.
00:34Honestly, any of them are great.
00:36Here's the thing, it's gonna be controversial.
00:38I say, if you really are jonesing for a burger,
00:41get it to share for the table,
00:43because the burger will always be here,
00:44but the entrees, we change it seasonally.
00:46So you have a really wonderful time trying things
00:49like the pastas that are gonna change seasonally
00:51with the vegetables,
00:52and then you can have the burger to share.
00:53It'll be great.
