00:00PAS Vice President Idris Ahmad has urged all parties to respect the decisions made by PAS and Bersatu during their recent key meetings.

00:09At its muktama last weekend, PAS moved a motion to lead Berkata Nacional and proposed a past Prime Ministerial candidate for the next general election.

00:20This came after Bersatu nominated its President Muhyiddin Yassin as its choice for Prime Minister at its General Assembly on September 7.

00:30Idris stressed that PAS remains committed to working with its PN coalition partners in preparation for the next general election, with unity as the coalition's main strength.

00:41He also said PN must continue focusing on issues like housing, rising living costs and fuel subsidies to better serve the people.

00:49Despite the motions, both past President Abdul Hadi Awang and Muhyiddin, who is also PN Chairman, confirmed that the PN Supreme Council will ultimately decide on the coalition's Prime Ministerial candidate.
