00:41And the oil price is way down. You know, we got it way down.
00:43We're drilling and we produce more oil than anybody else in the world.
00:47We're doing a lot. But I was disappointed to see that.
00:50And the prime minister was disappointed to see that.
00:53And it wasn't him. It was other countries.
00:56And you can't do that. You can't do that.
