Delta CEO Ed Bastian told Fortune that he'd never stepped foot on an airplane until he was 25—now he runs one of the largest airlines in the world.

00:10airplane. I tell the young folks that the most important thing they can do is to
00:14make certain that they do the very best job of the job they have as compared to
00:19the job they want. And by doing that they will be seen, they will be heard, they
00:25will have impact, and they will have focus.
