00:00Can AI build me a $1,000 business from scratch in one day?
00:04I saw someone on Twitter using ChatGPT to start an entire business from scratch.
00:09I'm skeptical.
00:10So I thought I'm going to try to do the same thing
00:13and see if I can get a business to $1,000 in one day
00:16with as little human intervention as possible.
00:18The business me and my new bud, aka operator,
00:20the premium version of ChatGPT,
00:22let's call him ChadGPT, shall we?
00:25The business we're going to start together is the oldest business in the book.
00:28Not that business.
00:29Trade.
00:30Which is where you buy and sell something
00:31and you have a price difference between the two.
00:33It's simple, scalable, and anybody can do it.
00:36I have my business plan.
00:37Chat.
00:38We got four parts.
00:39We're going to have AI slash Chad find free things on Facebook Marketplace.
00:43We're going to have them have a courier to get them to move places,
00:47to go pick it up, drop it off here.
00:48Then list them on a free public marketplace.
00:50And finally, resell them for more than we bought them for.
00:54Let's see what AI is actually capable of doing.
00:57Can they make us some money?
00:57I have no idea if this is going to work,
00:59but we're about to find out.
01:01We're having Chad here.
01:03Go into Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist and see what we could resell things for.
01:07Oh, let's go Chad.
01:09He's pulling listings.
01:11We got rapid fire.
01:13This is actually moving.
01:14It's scrolling across Facebook Marketplace and it's clicking listings.
01:18Chad.
01:18He says found 37 items that match your criteria
01:21and I want him to generate a spreadsheet.
01:23I don't know if I can do that, but I think so.
01:25This is wild, you guys.
01:26It's going to start making me a spreadsheet of the listings, I think.
01:29All right, populating right now, making a spreadsheet.
01:31I'm not touching it.
01:32Also, spreadsheets.
01:33Oh.
01:34Finding stuff is cool, but can AI actually message the sellers?
01:38That's what we need to know, don't we, Babar?
01:41Yes, mother.
01:42I'm asking Chad to send a message to each seller asking if the item is still available.
01:47Oh, Chad.
01:48He's messaging people.
01:49I think we just started a business without doing anything.
01:52Okay, literally not even two minutes later.
01:55It was doing so well, but after pinging about 20 people, it came up with this message.
02:00It says we've been restricted from sending messages due to unusual activity.
02:04I don't know if Zuck got too smart and he found my Chad
02:07or if this was a brand new Facebook account because I didn't want everybody creepily come
02:11into my office, so maybe it was that.
02:13Regardless, we're banned, so we got to try to get around this.
02:19So it seems like AI can find a bunch of cheap stuff, free, valuable, better than a human.
02:24It can organize everything into a live updating spreadsheet.
02:27Write and send messages automatically, but it still needs a little human intervention.
02:32It can't do it all.
02:33That said, if I had to do this manually, I think this would have taken me hours,
02:36and I had AI do it for me instead.
02:38So looking at all this, I think Chad GPT is basically crushing it.
02:42He didn't just get us one item.
02:44He got us nine.
02:45Then let's see if AI can do the really hard part,
02:47which is arrange a courier to go and get the stuff and bring it here.
02:51Nine items to my doorstep without me having to leave.
02:54I like that.
02:55We got a seller.
02:56We've got a few of these now, and we got a big, huge item.
03:00The problem is I got to get a courier rolling,
03:02and I got to see if I can get them to figure out how to do this.
03:05So I'm going to talk to my bud right now and get him locked in.
03:09You've got to find a way to transport the item from Buddha, Texas to our office in Austin.
03:14AI might be about to Uber this thing.
03:17Robots delivering robots to each other.
03:18This is so good.
03:19We're doing it.
03:20It's asking for a destination.
03:21It's filling it in.
03:22Now it's asking for the captcha, like, you know, are you a human?
03:25And Chad's doing it.
03:27The robot is lying that it is a human right in front of our eyes.
03:30This is fascinating.
03:30And it's saying that it is not a robot.
03:35Lying.
03:36The AI is lying.
03:37This is problematic.
03:38Probably why Elon Musk hates this shit.
03:39Okay, close.
03:40So basically it made it just past the captcha, but Uber shut it down anyway.
03:45I think we almost tricked Uber into allowing a robot to schedule a robot pickup, but not quite.
03:50So AI can't fake being human totally.
03:53I think there's another better idea here.
03:55I'm going to ask Chad to find a local courier service that moves large items.
03:59This one's called Lug.
04:01Same day delivery for large items.
04:02Yes, please.
04:03Let's do that.
04:04This is sick.
04:05Filling out the request.
04:06Pick up location.
04:07Drop off here.
04:09Pick up time ASAP.
04:10Worked.
04:11AI just hired a courier to pick up this cabinet for me.
04:14No intervention from us.
04:16Live map.
04:17Tracking our Lug.
04:19Now we wait.
04:20Well, you wait.
04:21I'm going to go do other stuff.
04:22Who's excited for a cabinet?
04:24I am mother.
04:26Update.
04:26So this random guy is now going to go pick up a cabinet.
04:30Then he's going to be on our way to us and we're going to be able to track him every single
04:33step of the way and get live updates while I don't lift a finger.
04:37This is sweet.
04:38Look at this.
04:38The app gives you step by step movements about where your couriers are, just like Uber does.
04:43So we can see he'll be here in 17 minutes.
04:47The dudes are here.
04:48Okay, I'm being a creep.
04:49Watching them pull in the cabinet.
04:51They're doing all the hard work for us.
04:52We still got humans involved, but all scheduled through the AI.
04:55Look at all this stuff.
04:57This is working.
05:03The question is, how much is all of this stuff worth?
05:06But I'm going to actually have operator Chad do all the hard work.
05:09And I'm going to ask how much I can sell this thing for.
05:12It's searching Bing.
05:13It's searching Facebook Marketplace to see what other strollers sell for this amount of money.
05:18It's even searching inside of my area.
05:20So in Austin and giving me a bunch of options.
05:23Can you put it in a spreadsheet?
05:26Then I'm going to let this bad boy run for all nine of these items.
05:29And Chad is going to give me exactly what I need to sell it for.
05:33We got to get rich, guys?
05:34I wonder if Chad GPT is funny.
05:37You got any dad jokes you can tell me?
05:39Why did the scarecrow win an award?
05:41Because he was outstanding in his field.
05:45Listen, comedy is still going to exist after Chad GPT takes over.
05:49Because this guy is, this is f***ing this up, quite honestly.
05:52Okay.
05:53Now we got to flip this stuff or we get stuck with it in the office, which is not ideal.
05:58So we need to get maximum profit.
06:00The most important thing for that is your listing, right?
06:02It's like your ad from a Facebook marketplace.
06:04So I am going to see if Chad GPT and Chad can do this for us.
06:10All right.
06:10I'm telling Chad, please make me, because he got to be nice, right?
06:15You got to ask please, even if it's a robot, to make me the best listing in order to sell
06:19my stuff as fast as possible on Chad GPT.
06:22This is pretty good, actually.
06:23This is what peak salesmanship looks like.
06:25Then just like that, our ad is live.
06:27And all we can do now is wait and see if a buyer comes.
06:30I don't know if we have any messages, but we're going to check.
06:34None on this one.
06:35None on this one.
06:37Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep.
06:39Third listing.
06:41Third time is not a charm.
06:43But the fourth listing is.
06:45We got our boy Juan here, who wants the baby stroller.
06:49That's the first one.
06:50All right.
06:50He's trying to negotiate down a little bit, asking if it's available and where we're located.
06:54And I'm going to throw in a little, it's available, but you got to pick it up today.
06:58Let's see what happens.
06:59Juan's trying to negotiate down.
07:01So I'm going to actually say, hey, listen, I will reserve it for you, but you need to
07:06come today and I can take five bucks off.
07:09See what he says.
07:10It would be nice.
07:11I feel like eventually Chad's going to be able to do all this back and forth for you.
07:14We got to just find a way around the login to Facebook Marketplace.
07:18I bet in the next year, that will be completely normal as long as you give them your login.
07:23We'll see though.
07:24Hey, how's it going?
07:24Hey, I'm Cody.
07:25Nice to meet you.
07:26Nice to meet you.
07:26Juan.
07:27This is her, huh?
07:28This is the stroller.
07:28You like kick it in the back right here.
07:31I like the springs on the bottom.
07:31She's very, you want to give her a go?
07:33I do.
07:34How long have you had it?
07:35Just a few months.
07:37Pretty smooth, right?
07:38Wow, I really like the spring load.
07:40That's nice.
07:42We sold our first motherfucking thing on the internet.
07:44So yeah, AI helped a lot, but I had to babysit it.
07:47So I don't think we're at the machines taking over the entire world phase anytime soon.
07:52It can schedule a courier.
07:53It can do pickup.
07:54It can do delivery.
07:55It can send some kind of sus messages on Facebook to try to get things situated.
08:00But without a human there monitoring, it's not going to do everything.
08:03In the next five years, I think this game is completely different, which is why we have
08:08to learn this stuff now.
08:09It can make us money now, but even bigger things later on.
08:12The idea that I would do if I was going to scale this exact business is a process that
08:16we call multiply, diversify, automate, and then finally up level.
08:21So what would I do first?
08:22Whenever you have a business that something's going well in, you just want to do more of
08:26the stuff that's already working.
08:28So that means that I would probably have three AI agents running at the same time.
08:32I'd have somebody asking for product.
08:35I'd have somebody selling product, AI Chad, and I'd have somebody moving product.
08:40This is diversifying how my bot is working.
08:43Then I'd want to do automation.
08:45So where, if ChatGPT can't do everything, can I have zaps running consistently for me?
08:50Or worst case, how could I have lower level employees running this business?
08:54And then the most important one, this isn't a great business for you to do long-term.
08:59It's going to be hard for you to make millions doing this business.
09:01This is a great business for making a thousand, a couple thousand, maybe a couple tens of thousands
09:06of dollars a year.
09:06But if you want to get big boy game, you're going to have to have the AI train on a different
09:11model.
09:11Let me show you this.
09:13This looks like $3,357.
09:17That is a lot of free stuff.
09:20But did we actually get a robot to exchange money for us in 24 hours?
09:24Why, yes, we did.
09:25In one day.
09:2620 bucks for a chair.
09:27Another 25 for a table.
09:28A stroller for 100 bucks.
09:30That's $145 in one day, thanks to our robot, Chad.
09:34So if we keep doing this for a week, 1,015 bucks.
09:38Not bad at all.
09:39But that's just if we sold low items and none of our big ones.
09:41So if we just sold low items and none of our big ones, that's $54,000 a year.
09:46But we also got $4,000 in value.
09:49Operator's kind of just getting started.
09:51I think you could scale this into a couple hundred thousand dollars a year with other
09:55people's stuff plus robots.
09:57Tech should make you smarter, better, faster, and ultimately more money.
10:00Success isn't just about grinding harder.
10:02It's about working much more intelligently.
10:04That's exactly why I built my own tech stack in partnership with HubSpot.
10:08I've tested tools, optimized workflows, and hand-picked platforms designed to help business
10:12owners grow smarter.
10:14HubSpot, the foundation, tying everything together.
10:17From managing leads and automating follow-ups to getting insights that actually move the
10:21needle, it's been a huge part of my strategy.
10:24And I didn't stop there.
10:26I added tools like Beehive for newsletters, Canva for design, Postpilot for direct mail
10:30marketing.
10:31Fully integrated so you can spend less time juggling tools and more time scaling.
10:35If you're serious about scaling your hustle or just simplifying your day-to-day tasks,
10:39check out my tech stack.
10:40It's already changing the game for entrepreneurs everywhere, and it's built to help people like
10:44you grow.
10:45Now, if I was you, I'd pick one of these hundred other things you could do with AI to make
10:48money and grow.
10:50You know what?
10:50We'll actually link it below if you want to get a copy of our Chad GPT blueprint.
10:55In the future, this will be even crazier.
10:58So did AI start a business for me?
10:59Not exactly.
11:00But did it fundamentally change the process?
11:02Yes, it did.
11:03What I just did, have AI negotiate, find, process, coordinate, and finally sell things online,
11:11used to only be something humans could do.
11:13And yet, here we are, watching a machine navigate the messy, unpredictable world of human business
11:19with shocking efficiency.
11:21This isn't just about flipping products on a marketplace.
11:23This is about what comes next.
11:25What if AI isn't just a signal?
11:27What if it's a warning shot from the future, telling us that things are about to change
11:32and the world as we know it is about to be rewritten?
11:35And the question is, will you be part of the rewrite?
