00:44as the Department of Transportation, or the DOTR, filed charges against former DPWH Bulacan District Engineer Henry Alcantara
00:52and assistant engineer Bryce Hernandez for the use of falsified identification cards and licenses.
00:58The two officials were found to have violated the law after admitting during a Senate hearing that they received fake IDs from a casino.
01:05While they claimed the casino provided the IDs, they did not deny using them to enter gambling establishments.
01:11The DOTR and Land Transportation Office, or the LTO, are also investigating other individuals dubbed the BGC boys who were linked to Alcantara and Hernandez.
