00:05so it really serves the three bedrooms up there. And I imagine a family using it as homework space,

00:11game playing space, it's plenty of space for a game table, but it's the gathering spot on the

00:16second floor. I think of it as the time after you've got your pajamas on and you're done with

00:20your day, but you still want to be with your siblings or with, if it's a guest experience,

00:24with the other guests across the hallway, just a more intimate way of being together

00:29than the main floor spaces.
