00:11after a formal request from the DPWH employees union. This policy will be implemented indefinitely.
00:18Dizon adds, some innocent and ordinary DPWH employees were harassed while taking public
00:23transportation. Some DPWH officials are now neck deep in corruption allegations over flood control
00:29projects. Among them are former Bulacan district officials, First District Engineer Henry Alcantara,
00:35District Engineer Bryce Hernandez, and Assistant District Engineer JP Mendoza, who allegedly connived
00:40with flood control contractors in ghost projects. All three, along with 17 other DPWH officials and
00:47four flood control contractors, are facing graft and malversation complaints.
