00:17asks the ICC pretrial chamber to indefinitely stop all legal proceedings. He says Duterte is

00:24unfit to stand trial. The pretrial chamber then voted 2-1 to postpone the original September 23

00:31schedule of the confirmation of charges hearing. It has yet to decide on whether it will indefinitely

00:36stop the proceedings. It will now determine whether Duterte is fit to follow and participate

00:41in the pretrial proceeding. The prosecution meantime calls the defense's expert report

00:46premature and speculative at this stage. It says it is engaging its own experts to

00:51assist in determining Mr. Duterte's fitness to participate in the pretrial proceedings

00:56and to stand trial. Christina Conti, a lawyer for the victims, says Kaufman's claims are the

01:01opposite of what Duterte's daughter Kitty has been saying. Kitty earlier told the public that

01:06there was no reason to worry about her father.
