00:07Guo is sentenced to reclusion perpetua or 40 years in prison.

00:11She is also ordered to pay a fine of 2 million pesos and 600,000 pesos each to four human trafficking victims for moral and exemplary damages.

00:19Other individuals found guilty alongside Guo are

00:22Jamie Lynn Santos Cruz, Inc. of Zonyuan,

00:26Rachel Malonzo Carion, Guo's co-incorporator in Baofu,

00:29and Walter Wong Long, property manager at Zonyuan.

00:33Those convicted can still appeal their cases to the higher courts.

00:37Filipino incorporators of the Philippine offshore gaming operator Hong Sheng,

00:41who claim their identities were stolen, are acquitted.

00:44Guo was stripped of her mayorship after a court in Tarlac ruled that she is a Chinese citizen, not Filipino.

00:50She has been accused of being a Chinese spy, which she vehemently denied.
