00:15I think it helps attract people here to the area, it helps build a more vibrant community and it helps people who, for example, here at Bolton Wanderers Football Club, we want to attract talented people to work here and it's important that they have the right environment to live in and beautiful homes like this is the perfect place for all that.
00:32I think it's absolutely important, there's an increasing amount of professionals who move to Bolton because of the commute to Manchester and obviously they have a higher standard.
00:40There's a lack of new housing, Bolton's got a lot of old traditional housing which has its own benefits but some new homes are needed.
00:47Yeah, it's beautiful, really modern, clean, it's a beautiful home, I really enjoy being shown around it, it's in a lovely area and thanks to Northstone for hosting the event here today.
00:58I would have always said not for me but if I was going to look at a new build something like this would be perfect, I've never seen a new build built like this and I've been to a number of showrooms, yeah, very impressed.
