00:21So it's been market-leading growth. We've gone from being a Nottingham firm, one office,

00:25doing a couple of million turnover to what we are now, national firm, 13 offices and that

00:31growth has involved double-digit year-on-year growth and it's been a concerted effort.

00:35We've gone out looking for new opportunities. We've been bold and smart in terms of looking

00:39at practice areas we can add to our offering and also the sector focus where we've looked

00:44and we're offering something more focused around people's requirements within a particular sector,

00:48the energy sector being a great example of that.

01:45that the firm is getting this recognition, I think it's very well deserved. The firm has a fantastic

01:50array of clients, we're doing some incredible deals and we also have a really collaborative,

01:55supportive culture so it's fantastic to get that sort of recognition and it's something that my clients

02:00have picked up on and congratulated us on and it's great to be able to celebrate it with them as well.

03:06journey, fantastic talented people to work with, there's still more to come. It's amazing you know what

03:12we have achieved as a team is brilliant and what really excites me is the amount of ambition that we

03:16still have and where we can go from here.
