The inquest into the death of 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir shifted out of the courtroom on Thursday (Sept 11), with proceedings held at the school hostel in Papar, Sabah, where she was discovered unconscious two months back.

00:00The sixth day of the inquest into the death of Form 1 student Zahra Kairina Mahathir opened with a site inspection of the Rabiatul Adawiyah Block Girls Dormitory at SMKA Tundatu Mustafa, where the incident occurred.
00:16The presiding coroner, Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan, arrived at 9.15 a.m. with legal teams, court staff and forensic pathologist Dr. Jesse Hugh after departing the Kota Kinabalu court complex under police escort.
00:33The inspection was expected to last two to three hours before proceedings resumed in court at 2 p.m.
00:39Thirteen-year-old Zahra Kairina died on July 17 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, a day after she was found unconscious in a drain near her school hostel in Papa at 4 a.m.
00:51Her remains were exhumed on August 9 for post-mortem following an order by the Attorney General's chambers, which later announced a formal inquest on August 13.
