Izidor Sustersic, a snowboard coach with the Alpine Team Poland captured this clip showing Conconi demonstrating his innovative setup. Despite losing his left hand, Matteo uses a specially designed arm that allows him to hold the bars securely and ride with full control. Posted on Tiktok, the clip gathered a staggering 20 million views with many amazed at the rider’s tenacity and ingenuity.
