00:15of United Independent Unions, in which the high government official is accused of omitting,
00:21refusing or delaying without grounds the authorisation to distribute the resources allocated to trade
00:28union organisations. The criminal action also accuses President José Raúl Muñoz of implementing
00:34a policy of these groups, which seeks to ignore their rights. The union affirmed that the government
00:41must provide the necessary funds for the union's training and for the development of social
00:47and economic education in compliance with the country's laws.
