Welcome to Cook Book! 🍸 In this episode, we’re shaking things up with a refreshing Bay Breeze Cocktail, crafted by Kader Shaikh, expert bartender from Novotel Goa Resort & Spa. 🌴☀️  The Bay Breeze is a tropical twist on the classic Cape Codder, sometimes also known as the Downeaster or Hawaiian Sea Breeze. It’s a close cousin to the Sea Breeze—an IBA Official Cocktail—but with pineapple juice instead of grapefruit. 🍍🍒  📍 Location Courtesy: Novotel Goa Resort & Spa 👨‍🍳 Bartender: Kader Shaikh  🧾 Ingredients:  20 ml Lemon Juice 🍋  20 ml Sugar Syrup  60 ml Vodka  120 ml Pineapple Juice 🍍  120 ml Cranberry Juice Froth 🍒  Pineapple Slice for garnish  🍹 Method:  Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and vodka into a shaker.  Pour in the pineapple juice.  Shake well with ice.  Top with froth of cranberry juice.  Garnish with a pineapple slice.
