00:00So on CELAC, we expect a good debate, that good postures are affirmed, and that CELAC taking this step is already very significant because CELAC is alive and it's acting,
00:20and the majority of the government of CELAC are very much aware that we need to join Venezuela with the preservation of sovereignty of our country and the region.
00:33The immense majority of the Caribbean region is backing Venezuela. Of course, we'll always have a colonialist point of view.
00:46There's always going to be, with the group of Lima, they had 30 countries out of the 35 countries in Latin America.
00:55Now they just have a number of governments that are completely subordinate to the plans of Marco Rubio, the warlord who's leading in Washington.
01:10So that number of countries can lead with the consequences of threatening Venezuela.
01:19We expect from CELAC that it consolidates. That government that is made up with San Vincenzo, the Granadines, Honduras, and Colombia has a lot to do to give continuity to that support.
01:37And I wish that in the coming days we have the summoning of a presidential head of state summit, either virtually or in the presidential form, in order to support Venezuela and also denounce these military threats.
