00:40And the Caribbean continues to join forces in order to guarantee that the declaration of the CELAC, the community of Latin American and Caribbean states, CELAC, that was taken on the year 2014 in Havana under the proposal of Raul Castro Ruz.
01:02And that was ratified in every declaration after that, that Latin America and the Caribbean is a zone of peace. And this needs to be maintained.
