00:07Latin America and the Caribbean have wrote history when they carried out this Tlatelolco Treaty.
00:17And what is that treaty?
00:19The Tlatelolco Treaty came up in the face of the danger of the use of nuclear weapons in the world.
00:34And a group of scientists, of Mexican scientists, they took the initiative with the Mexican foreign ministry
00:42and they signed a treaty that was approved by all the Congress's 33 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.
00:52The Tlatelolco Treaty prohibits the manufacturing, the use and activation of any nuclear weapon
01:07in the entire territory that goes from Mexico to the Patagonia and the Caribbean.
01:13It's prohibited by this treaty.
01:16And the United States needs to respect the Treaty of Tlatelolco.
