00:00Yes, we are putting together the EO that will create the Independent Commission.

00:07The Independent Commission will be the investigative arm so that they will continue to investigate.

00:18Whatever information is received, it will be sent to them.

00:21They will investigate it and they will make recommendations as to how to proceed,

00:29whether kasuhan itong mga ito or iombudsman or dalin sa DOJ, whatever it is.

00:35But they will recommend to the executive what to do with certain parties

00:40who have been found to be part of all of this corruption that's been going on,

00:48not only in flood control but all of the workings within DPWA.

00:54Unfortunately, the more we look, the more we find.

01:24All of those things.

01:26So we haven't put the structure together yet.

01:28But the names, I think, I mean, we need forensic investigators.

01:35We need, of course, lawyers, justices, prosecutors who will look at the evidence

01:44and look at the information that we have.

01:46And they will put together that information and make the recommendation to either DOH or the Ombudsman,

01:52depending on who is found to be liable for some of these nefarious activities.
