07:39This Sunday night, live on Pay-Per-View, acclaims Hardcore Evolution, the video game presents ECW, Guilty as Charged.
07:49Mike Awesome defends the ECW World Heavyweight title against the giant killer, Little Spike Gunley.
07:56Rob Van Dam defends the ECW World Television title against his former tag team partner, Sabu.
08:04Tommy Dreamer with Francine and Raven defend the World Tag Team title belt against the Impact players.
08:11Just Incredible and Lance Storm with Dawn Marie, plus the rookie monster Rhino takes on the original Hardcore Icon, the Sandman.
08:21Of Clames Hardcore Evolution, the video game presents ECW, Guilty as Charged, live on Pay-Per-View, this Sunday night.
08:33It was on August 27, 1994, that the franchise Shane Douglas won the NWA World Heavyweight title,
08:42only to throw it down and create a new World Championship, the ECW Heavyweight Championship of the World.
08:55But Shane Douglas bet his match at the ECW Arena when the Sandman, the Hardcore Icon, defeated Shane Douglas for the ECW World Heavyweight title.
09:12The Sandman took on all colors, but later that year, he was upset by Mikey Wipwreck.
09:28Mikey Wipwreck proved to be a fighting World Heavyweight Champion, but he met his match that December in a three-way dance
09:39against the Sandman against the Sandman against the Sandman and Steve Austin.
09:45The Sandman and Austin eliminated Wipwreck early, and then it was the battle for the belt
09:52as the two beer-drinking antiheroes collided at the ECW Arena,
09:59with the Sandman scoring the victory over Steve Austin,
10:04to once again become the ECW World Heavyweight Champion.
10:11But waiting in the wait was Raven, who had just lost his girlfriend,
10:18Eula McGillicuddy, to Tommy Dreamer.
10:21Raven scores the 1-2-3 over the Sandman,
10:25and a new era in ECW is ushered in.
10:34With Raven out of action, Stevie Richards defended the belt in an Ultimate Jeopardy match,
10:40and the Sandman became a three-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion.
11:04But Raven returned and reclaimed the belt that he had never lost in a controversial barbed wire match.
11:17But the Raven-Dreamer feud continued at our first pay-per-view,
11:21fairly legal, April 13, 1997,
11:25when Dreamer's interference cost Raven the belt to the 53-year-old legend, Terry Funk.
11:32But in the most violent match of all time,
11:36Funk lost the belt that August to the suicidal, homicidal, genocidal Zabu,
11:43who lost the belt in a three-way dance at Hardcore Heaven 97,
11:48to Shane Douglas, whose manager, Rick Rude,
11:52shocked the entire wrestling world at the Madhouse of Extreme,
11:56in Queens, New York City,
11:58when Triple Threat member Bam Bam Bigelow double-crossed Douglas and became the new ECW World Heavyweight Champion.
12:09But at the 1997 November to remember,
12:12in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
12:16the franchise Shane Douglas regained the goal and became a three-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion.
12:25But the toll of being a champion caught up the Douglas,
12:29and an injured franchise was choked out by Taz.
12:34September 19, 1999,
12:37Anarchy Rule,
12:38Chicago, Illinois,
12:39Mike Lawson,
12:41pinned not only the ECW World Heavyweight Champion, Taz,
12:45but also defeat the FFW Champion,
12:49Masato Tanaka,
12:50to become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
12:58But in Nashville, Tennessee,
13:00Tanaka returned to ECW,
13:03and defeated Awesome,
13:04to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
13:07But here in White Plains,
13:11New York,
13:12Mike Awesome took the measure of Masato Tanaka,
13:16and showed what true champion Tormata,
13:19he came back from defeat,
13:21and regained the undisputed ECW Heavyweight Championship of the World.
13:27But this Sunday night,
