Coco Gauff continue de rassurer à l’US Open. New York, abandonné l’an passé. En conférence de presse d’après-match, Coco Gauff a fait un point global sur sa première semaine de compétition.

00:30improvements in your serve yeah have you surprised did you surprise even yourself with how rapid
00:36some of those improvements have been um i mean yes and no i mean i know this process would be
00:42up and down so today was definitely a positive and i hope it goes up from here um but yeah i
00:49think for me i'm i guess i'm more proud of like the mental effort of things and trying to remember
00:55the things that we worked on in practice and today i definitely think was a step in the right
00:59direction and um you know i would love to continue to build and improve on that tomorrow
01:04well played um this first week has been quite a like dramatic and stressful week in terms of like
01:12medvedev and osipenko and as well i'm feels like is there anything about um u.s open new york that
01:18kind of brings that on maybe makes people a bit more highly strong i don't know like the fact that
01:23it's the end of the year maybe and yeah i think it's a end of the year b i mean we're in new york
01:29and you know the fans here i love them um but you know they can definitely you're on the wrong side
01:35of things can um they just they're into the match they're passionate tennis fans they know what's
01:40going on and and they're used to other events i think like major events happening in the city not
01:45that aren't tennis um and then i don't know i think to be honest like with some of the drama
01:51i feel like it happens frequently on tour but because it's here it gets more social media clicks
01:56but some of the players these are reoccurring things that us in the tennis world it's not
02:02surprising so it's like okay whatever um but because it's here in new york and maybe not as
02:06many tennis fans or things like that it gets blown up um on social media but i think for us players
02:12it's just like another another week on tour but these things happen i would say more frequently than
02:18maybe the ones who just tune in to the grand slams think howard
