00:03I know this is not a new phenomenon for you, but I'm just struck again by how much the crowd
00:07gets behind you
00:07and how warm they are in support of you all the time.
00:10What does that feel like for you to beat on the receiving end of that in this stadium?
00:16Yeah, it means a lot.
00:18It always sucks at the end to feel like, well, I know it's not a complete disappointment,
00:23but just not be able to get the win for them.
00:26but they definitely carry me through a lot of these matches here
00:30and I can feel the love all the way down to the last point
00:33and I think it's a rare experience
00:36I think as an individual to be able to experience that
00:40I think most athletes experience that on team sports or team events
00:45and tennis is so unique that you literally
00:47I probably had like 99.9% of the crowd behind me
00:51and solely for me
00:52and it's an experience in an environment that I will always cherish
00:57because I know
00:58I mean I hopefully have a lot more years out here

01:04I think this summer has been one of the most consistent stretches of your career
01:08you're going deep in pretty much every tournament
01:10I know this is tough to take I'm sure
01:12but how much confidence does it give you
01:14that you're giving yourself an opportunity in big tournaments every time?
01:18Yeah I mean right now I'm like it sucks
01:21my dad came up he was like you accomplished so many great things this summer
01:24and I was like I don't care about the summer
01:27so right now that's where my head is at
01:29but I mean it's the goal
01:31I want to be a consistent player
01:33I want to give myself as many opportunities to lift a trophy
01:38but yeah it hurts like

01:40but I think the competitor in me
01:42like this is the tournament I want to perform at
01:44and I mean I did perform
01:45but you know the one that you want to come out with a win
01:48but it's definitely a learning experience
