Witness testimony in flood control scam may boost Revilla's case — lawyer

Reody Balisi, lawyer of former senator Bong Revilla, believes that former district engineer Henry Alcantara's testimony will strengthen their case that his client is not involved in the flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan Alcantara testified before the Sandiganbayan's third division on April 17, 2026, when he revealed that he delivered at least P1.75 to P1.8 billion to former Public Works undersecretary Roberto Bernardo as part of the commissions for the flood control projects in Pandi, Bulacan.
