00:08The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification, or IPC, warn that more than half a million Palestinians are facing starvation, destitution and death,
00:18and similar condition could spread to Deir al-Balah and Khan Yunis by the end of September.
00:24The IPC has upgraded its classification to Phase 5, the highest and most severe level on its acute food insecurity scale.
00:33According to the report, 1.9 million people, or 90% of the population, have been displaced multiple times since the start of the conflict.
00:42However, Israel's Foreign Ministry rejected the findings, claiming the report is based on Hamas lies.
00:48It claimed there is no famine in Gaza, citing nearly 100,000 trucks of aid delivered over the past two years and a recent sharp decline in food prices.
