01:12inside the magazine the victim ran to the gas station manager as deputies say jimenez continued
01:18to call him slurs the manager had to break the two up that's when the victim called 9-1-1 you can even

01:30when deputies arrived they found jimenez sweating smelling of alcohol and holding a gun
01:37deputies say jimenez claimed the victim spit on him but say surveillance video doesn't show that
