00:28and the missouri highway patrol attempted to approach the driver of a black volkswagen
00:33who they said had outstanding warrants you're not getting away that led to a police pursuit
00:38that lasted almost an hour the vw weaved between lanes reaching speeds of over 100 miles per hour
00:46finally the local jonesburg police department was able to lay spike strips across the road
