Experience the powerful effects of deep foot massage combined with precise acupressure techniques. In this demonstration, Naturopath Brandon Raynor uses an acupressure pen to release built-up tension, stimulate key reflex points, and restore balance throughout the body.

This method not only helps relieve sore and tired feet, but also supports better circulation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing by targeting reflex zones connected to different organs and systems.

Raynor Massage integrates wisdom from Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, and reflexology to free the body from deep-rooted stress and tension. By addressing the bands of tension that run through the body, this holistic approach goes beyond relaxation—it encourages deep healing and rejuvenation.

00:00yeah so it's not it's not actually always a just a kind of relaxation thing when you're in the garden
00:14oh yeah you're this demigod of life and death you know what i mean and you're choosing which
00:20plants live which animals you know you know like i say even if they're mites you know like this
00:26lychee or an osmite i'm like no you guys aren't going to take over my entire like lychee thing i'm
00:31killing you you know you guys are getting some neem you know and i feel bad for them because
00:37they're just doing what they do but you've got to make that choice between your own crop you know
00:43yeah a lot because our forest is mostly eucalypts
00:49isn't that indigenous to australia oh yeah yeah and that sucks up all the water right yeah and
00:56unfortunately yeah and they're also um highly flammable this guy i was because i had to get
01:01some trees cut down when i was there which i didn't want to do but when we were we were away
01:06over here and they had quite a big storm a eucalypt tree actually fell and just nicked the side of our
01:13house causing a few hundred dollars worth of damage but we got big trees that was a good click
01:19yeah that was huge yeah that was really good oh nice so yeah progress that's the first that's
01:30probably the first i call it a pop you call it a click yep tomato tomato um that's probably the first
01:39time that's gone in years wow yeah because i pop my fingers and toes every day yeah oh right yeah
01:46just that and that one hasn't popped in yeah probably 10 years yeah and this is the one i was saying
01:52too is most likely associated with sciatica because it comes to the outer little toe band
01:56comes around here and comes up into your hip but it's also there's an upper little toe band
02:01that comes up here and into here i feel it in this i can feel it in this over here right it's so
02:07interesting i i don't understand it all that area that's like the bad area yep feels better wow
02:14so as soon as you did as soon as it happened it's just the weirdness which i don't i don't claim to
02:20understand the weirdness of the equilibrium between one side yeah it is so weird yeah no i don't
02:28understand that but i always say look i didn't design this thing i'm just trying to figure it out you
02:34i never even got given an owner's manual or anything
02:39although i suppose you could say chinese medical theories and are you vader a little bit of owner's
02:49manuals but they're not complete
02:51yep wow that seems like a revolution of sorts like getting that oh yeah that was huge because
03:07it was so locked you know so you're doing well it hasn't been as painful as we were you know you
03:13were anticipating i don't think it's been painful at times but yeah and sometimes it's been
03:19definitely like livable you know yeah where i haven't been like and that's see that's a better
03:26you know and again like last night i was starting to get tired and i felt like maybe i was
03:30uh you know i i should start pushing you just to get the job done instead of being more
03:35you know slowing my pace down you know and working with your breath and trying not to you know when
03:40i'm not tired i'm better at um being patient you know which actually i always say patience and
03:49perseverance are two of the qualities required in a good a good therapist you know and i've had to
03:55work on my patient i know that i'm not always as patient as i should be you know
04:00so we're just i'm going to practice my patience i'm going to let you breathe in tell me the number
04:09that's probably a 10 okay i'm just going to let you breathe into it and be patient

06:23Here we go.
06:53ah
06:59ah
07:04ah
07:06ah
07:10ah
07:13ah
07:15ah
07:19I don't know.
07:49Does anybody ever really kick you?
08:07Yeah.
08:08Oh, I think that would happen.
08:09Yeah.
08:10I mean, it's not surprising because it's almost like involuntary at times.
08:14It's involuntary, yeah.
08:14I got to be careful, especially when I'm standing up, you know.
08:18To protect my groin kind of thing, you know, from these fucking flying limbs, you know.
08:22Otherwise, it happened to me once.
08:24I was fucking knocked over, you know.
08:26Because it's like your body is just...
08:29Flailing around.
08:30Yeah, you're just kind of not controlling it.
08:33You can't control it.
08:34This is making me think about when I was...
08:52You know, our friend Brian.
08:53He came and did one of my massage courses and he had the fucking funniest comment because,
09:00you know, he's so used to gardening and working over an acre.
09:02He's like, I can't fucking believe how much there is to be done in such a small area, you
09:07know.
09:08And it was like, he's used to working on acres and here I'm working on one half of the little
09:13toe, you know what I mean?
09:14And there's just this enormous amount of shit to be done in here, you know.
09:19But at the same time, I mean, that's kind of like, like I was looking at the, I just
09:27bought a new microchip for, not a microchip, what do you call those SD cards, you know.
09:34Like a one terabyte SD card for all the information on this GoPro.
09:38And it's this tiny little thing and I'm like, how the fuck do they manage to store?
09:42Like a terabyte is like 14 hours of high definition recording, you know, into a small little chip
09:51thing, you know.
09:53So, and that's, I think, you know, people, people used to say like, okay, well, how does,
10:01you know, like, or, or sometimes people would say to me like, how could flower essences help
10:05the mind, you know, being so small amounts, you know.
10:12Can I have this?
10:13Yep.
10:14I'll just, yeah.
10:20Wow.
10:20Yeah.
10:21You think, you feel like it's going okay?
10:23Yeah.
10:24Yeah.
10:24I think it's going well considering it was tight as fuck, you know.
10:27It looks different.
10:28Yeah, it looks different.
10:29Yeah.
10:29It's not as, it's not as like, like doing that kind of curvature.
10:32That curvature inward.
10:34It was curved inward.
10:35It was so tight.
10:35It was just like, I mean, I've seen worse, but.
10:38There's a little space.
10:40Yeah.
10:41No, it's getting there.
10:43I'm pushing you to your maximum.
10:44So that's why you're feeling that sense of discomfort.
10:48Because I want to get it done.
10:49And I know, you know, that's only one little toe and you've got a whole body, you know.
10:53But, I'm trying not to be impatient while I do it, you know.
11:05Oh, that was good.
11:16Yeah, it's like all over this toe.
11:17These little micro bands are.
11:23And this is, you know, it was interesting.
11:33I had a lady in my course one time and she knew about the, something about this woman who had looked at each of our toes and how it relates to a different part of our personality.
11:44Really?
11:44Yeah.
11:45And the little toe relates to family, you know.
11:48And of course, your left side relates to the female side.
11:52It's a female family, you know, like your mother or something, you know.
11:56I don't know if she fucked up relationship with my mother.
11:58Right, yeah.
12:02But it was fascinating because she went through the entire class and she basically told the story of their life through their toes.
12:10No way.
12:10Yeah, because like if this one, like it was something and I'm not, you know, but like something like if this one is taller than your big toe, then your intellect dominates your something else, you know.
12:21And I can't, I just wish I had paid more attention.
12:24You know, somebody comes in and starts raving away and you're like, oh.
12:26And then you're like, everybody's, it was right about the differences between different people.
12:31But I kind of, I need to take some time to really study.
12:37Did she write a book or something?
12:38She followed some woman that, that, and it's not stories the feet can tell because that was Eunice Ingham who was a traditional reflexologist.
12:45But it was something of that nature.
12:47And I did find it online somewhere.
12:49I just haven't had a chance.
12:50But it was like, wow.
12:52And in, because in reflexology, the toes do relate to the head.
12:56And, you know, so, you know, we usually think our personality is in our head.
13:04Yeah.
13:05So it was just, I don't know, it was just one of those keys or pieces that somebody tells you that puts a bit more interesting parts of the puzzle together while still asking more questions.
13:18But I was just thinking about that with your case.
13:20It's, you know, knowing your, your life situation and going, okay, that's a, that's been a bit.
13:34And then I wonder what happens when you do straighten them out, you know, whether that then affects that part of the person's life or maybe it just, it's not going to change somebody else, of course, but it's going to change your perception or relationship to that person.
13:50And it's maybe having a bad influence upon you, you know, something, you know, you think we should, you think this is like, how close do you think we're at?
14:04What are you trying to say?
14:09You're feeling sorry for yourself and you want to break.
14:13All right.
14:14I'll try and hurry up.
14:15Sorry.
14:16There we go.
14:18Did you feel that one?
14:19Yeah.
14:20Yeah, let's see what time it is.
14:30Sorry.
14:30I was starting to enjoy myself there.
14:33So when you did this, something like moved when you did this.
14:37Yeah, that was a good one.
14:39That was a deep structural.
14:42Yeah.
14:43So we can go for another 20 minutes if you.
