00:00hey guys welcome to part two of my wife and I massaging each other's hands she's going to be
00:08using her knuckles here to show how a smaller hand you get into a bigger hand so she's obviously her
00:15hands about half the size of my hand and she can get right in there now she's using all of her
00:27knuckles opening up the thumb and that finger in order to open that area up I get a lot of tension
00:35that's my right hand and my right thumb and I'm using that for working on people a lot so I get
00:43really tight it's actually quite intense where she's working right now
00:46um like a seven or eight out of ten anyway just but it feels really good just to get in there and
00:53loosen that area up
00:57and her fingers are very precise or her thumb you can tell it's like half the size of mine so
01:04it just can get into the levels of detail that I can't do
01:07even though her hands are small they're actually quite strong too
01:18and can find that precise detail she can feel all the bands that she's getting right in there
01:26loosening that area up really well we are hoping to hold some uh seminars for people like who just
01:34want to learn a little bit of rain or massage or rain or massage in order to help their uh friends and
01:41family so we're thinking about doing some two-day seminars if you are interested let us know we'll
01:46probably hold them in st louis and uh australia but i'm actually looking at maybe doing them in
01:53different locations around the u.s if i have enough and canada if i have enough uh people interested in
01:59and australia doesn't need like you could also get like maybe four to six people together uh if you want
02:05us to come over and do a weekend seminar and that would you know pay for our costs and everything as well
02:11so yeah that's kind of where what we've been thinking of doing i am doing some uh teaching in
02:17st louis coming up in november um a 10-day course so i have a lot of youtube people coming
02:21uh for that just to learn more and experience rain or massage so we're doing it at the best western
02:28hotel in senton which is a suburb of missouri i mean a suburb of st louis in missouri
02:34and they have really good accommodation there and everything as well in a swimming pool and so
02:39people can come and stay for a few days and do that course um i'll put a link in the description
02:45to that yeah here cory's just getting right into my thumb so it's gonna be uh so much better i'm
02:52obviously doing a voiceover on this video there's quite a bit of noise in the background uh so i'm just
02:59uh telling you what she's doing as she she's working so she's moving my thumb moving that
03:04joint side to side that helps to prevent arthritis and a build up a calcification in the joints
03:09um and then working along what i call the inner thumb band right there and that's going to lead into
03:15that tension
03:17so yeah it's really good how she just gets right into
03:28um you know different aspects of my hands working across the top here i tell you after this uh
03:37she worked on me for an hour so i got another couple parts that i'm going to uh voiceover
03:41coming out and my hand felt so much better she just did my right hand and so i could really feel
03:47how tight my left hand was um but it was so good it was so good i felt so much i was just like damn i
03:54want my left hand done that's the funny thing you know like it can be quite sore when you get
03:59work done on you but after it's finished and you feel that release from tension the chronic residual
04:05tension gone you just feel so much better you feel more alive your hand feels alive or your foot or
04:09whatever it is and you're just like wow i want the other one done you know so sometimes people ask me
04:15like oh is it if you just worked on somebody for you know an hour on their hand or two hours on their
04:20hand or their foot well they feel like oh they didn't get their whole body done actually what
04:25will happen is they'll want their whole body done to that degree of feeling loose and like where the
04:30blood flow and the chi flow and everything moves into that hand or foot
04:37so yeah she's just getting right into the that whole area on the side of my finger
04:44both sides
04:48if anybody's like a well a massage therapist or or like somebody use their hands like a beauty
04:57therapist or a trades what we call a tradesman in australia like a carpenter or a concreter or
05:04uh plumbers mechanics electricians that kind of thing i tell you this is so good it'll it'll
05:11extend the life of your hands because like a lot of uh massage therapists that i talked to are like
05:18they do it 20 years and they're like oh i couldn't do it anymore i was getting rsi in my joints or you
05:23know just really tight hands um but if you get if you get a hand massage regularly i'll be massaging 35
05:31years and i i couldn't be doing this if i wasn't getting my hands massaged on a regular basis i would
05:38have to stop i'd have like sore hands uh but i'm very grateful that my wife is always working on my
05:44hands um keeping them nice and loose or like keeping them sort of loose i mean we could do more we have
05:53two young children so it's it's difficult to find the time of course to do long treatments uh kids are
05:59always debating attention we homeschool our children so um yeah it's not like they're at school or anything
06:04like that they're off in there in the background ellie and ephram
06:16so yeah this is really good too right across the whole bottom my hand there i just felt really good
06:23it ended up just turning into cory and i were going to demonstrate like
06:28make a video about like uh here's three techniques that the brand it'll do with his hands that a smaller
06:33person could do with the other hand but it ended up turning into her massaging my hands um
06:39it's all this and it and it was really good i was just like oh this is just too good
06:48so like right in the air where she's working now that's like oh i i get so tight in there
06:55so yeah in particular for for massage therapists have this kind of work done and it is so just
07:03great to have it where you got somebody else in your family that can work on you you know because
07:10or a friend even you know whether it be a son daughter husband wife whatever or a friend you
07:15know it's just to be like a regular part of a health routine um you know like not just waiting until
07:22you get really bad but like just work on your hands to take them down instead of waiting till
07:28you get like nine out of ten tight or ten out of ten tight you might get six or seven out of ten tight
07:33and bring that down to a four or three you know obviously ideally if you can and you have the time
07:39that sort of thing get your hands to a one and then as they get to a four or five
07:43tight bring them back to a one that's the ideal if you can find that time
07:49for a lot of people it's just more difficult to find that time so don't let them get above a seven
07:54you know you just got to find something because you can do some of this on yourself but like i
07:58couldn't do that on myself what she's doing and she has this precision in her fingers being smaller
08:04so she can just get in there plus it's really hard when you're working on yourself to be able to relax
08:08and breathe into it because you're you're working it so i don't know it's good working on yourself
08:13but it's also nice having somebody else work on you so this one's about to finish um but yeah we
08:21got a part three and a part four coming up and we're going to do do some more work um and i'll get
08:27a better microphone heading back to australia in a few days so i've got a couple there um but hopefully
08:33the sound's not too bad um and look forward to seeing you all soon
