1) Developer ~ Insert ~ Form Controls
2) Spin button
3) Right-click on spin button, Format Control...
4) Minimum value = 1
Maximum value = 12
Cell link = $D$1
5) OK

Selecting Sales Using Spin Button
1) Select cell D2
2) =IF(A2=$D$1,C2,NA())
3) Apply to rest of the rows

Draw Chart
1) Select Months and Sales column (exclude header)
2) Insert ~ Charts ~ 2D Line Chart
3) Right-click on chart, Select Data...
4) Add
5) Series values = ='213'!$D$2:$D$13

7) OK
8) Select chart
9) Chart Design ~ Type ~ Change Chart Type
10) Combo
11) Series 1 = Line
Series 2 = X Y Scatter
12) OK
13) Select orange dot on chart
Chart Elements ~ Error Bars ~ Percentage
14) Right-click on orange dot on chart.
Format Data Series...
15) Series Options select "Series 2 Y Error Bars"
16) Percentage = 100
Direction = Minus
17) Select orange dot on chart
Chart Elements ~ Data Labels ~ Above
