00:00We headed up to Bear's Den to visit Elements by Gary Townsend to try their Sunday lunch.
00:06We took it as the main dish in a three course option. We started out with a couple of cocktails,
00:10some canapes and some sourdough bread. A standout start, the canapes were lovely and flavourful,
00:16the homemade bread and butter was delicious. Then we went for the isle of white tomatoes,
00:20mozzarella and pesto to start. I like how light this dish was. Then on to the Sunday roast. The
00:26beef was perfectly succulent with big fluffy Yorkshire puddings and crispy roast potatoes.
00:31It came with honey glazed carrots, roasted cabbage and cauliflower cheese. The meal was beautiful,
00:38a nice and wholesome way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant is very relaxed,
00:43we sat there and chilled for a good few hours. It's a very quaint little area of Glasgow and it looked
00:48gorgeous in the sun. And then we had a lovely peach tart to finish us off. Thank you very much for
00:54having us. I do recommend you go and try this out.
